3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information needed for consulting engagements.
Ensure any third-party tools, CRMs, or software used are properly licensed.
Use AI recommendations responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Maintain responsibility for business decisions made with or without AI tools.
4. Payment & Fees
Fees for consulting, coaching, or AI services are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Payments are due as specified; late payments may result in suspension of services.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, processes, and content provided by Get Your Time Back LLC are our intellectual property.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for internal business purposes.
Copying, distributing, or reselling materials without written consent is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, and client information disclosed during the engagement.
7. Disclaimers
Get Your Time Back LLC does not guarantee specific financial results, sales outcomes, or time savings, though benchmarks and projections may be shared.
AI-powered recommendations are tools to aid decision-making and should not replace professional judgment.
We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or limitations in third-party software tools (e.g., CRMs, AI platforms).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed to date remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
